The purpose of this blog is to supply a solution to that most central of snoring requirements: how to end snoring altogether

And as you will find, the solution often doesn’t lie in high-priced and high-risk surgical procedures.  As a matter of fact, in certain circumstances (and we will discuss this in further posts), surgery may be harmful and expose the snorer to extra health risks!  As luck would have it, however, there are a few established non-surgical anti-snoring devices, techniques, and tips that have transformed sufferers lives.

These non-surgical resolutions have virtually saved lives; and just as valuably, they have significantly bettered the quality of life for millions of folks who found themselves at their wits end when it concerned snoring; both their own, or in that of a partner (who was getting less and less loveable as the snoring carried on!).

Prior to  considering these non-surgical techniques for stopping snoring conclusively, it is useful to realise exactly what snoring is on a biological level.  We will deal with what causes snoring, and what creates those Z’s (which we now recognise are not as happy and pleasant as we recall them from our childhood drawings).

This is really crucial information that everybody should know, as it paves the way for the final section of this blog – non-surgical, safe, and tested techniques for stopping snoring for good.

So remember, if you have children and see them draw or paint happy pictures of sleeping people with Z’s rising from their peacefully dreaming bodies, you may prefer to think twice prior to putting those keepsakes to the fridge, or framing them and sticking them on your desk at work.

Once you’ve finished this blog, you will probably never be able to view apparently innocent, safe snoring in the same way.
